This stream explores on developing different financial options that can serve the needs of the lower income groups and economically weaker sections to ensure easy access to home ownership and rental schemes. At the same time, this stream will examine how to attract private investments and improve access to capital markets through securitisation to address the credit gap in mortgage finance.
